BBC stuff and scott's stuff

This is many for Paul's benefit (so he doesn't have to go through all
my old emails), but attached is a text file of the entire list of
updates that i have gotten to work so far (BBC_full_list_updates.txt)
if anyone else wants it. And the other is my current fix list. Both
are in the bbc-contents order, for ease of use.
